Every logged day gets a small shape, colored by that day's average mood. Open any day to see the full entry and a pie chart of how you spent it — drag a slice and the others rebalance automatically, keeping their ratio to each other.
Mood · Tasks · Water
Trock is a calm place to log how you feel, keep a simple task list, and stay hydrated — five uncluttered views, nothing you don't need.
Just a username and password. No email required.
The mood scale
Every entry — and the shape that appears on that day in your calendar — takes its color straight from this scale. No separate legend to learn.
Five views, nothing else
Every logged day gets a small shape, colored by that day's average mood. Open any day to see the full entry and a pie chart of how you spent it — drag a slice and the others rebalance automatically, keeping their ratio to each other.
Daily tasks are grouped by time of day and reset fresh every morning at 6am. To-dos sort themselves into High, Medium, and Low priority, and finished ones tuck away into a collapsed Done list instead of cluttering the view.
One slider, one note, done. Connect Spotify in Settings and Trock quietly attaches whatever's currently playing to the entry — a small detail that makes your history worth reading back later.
Trends, streaks, and the patterns underneath them — like whether the days you finish your to-do list actually correlate with a better mood. Numbers that mean something, not a wall of charts.
A short one-time onboarding sets your age, weight, and height so Trock can calculate a personal water goal, tracked right alongside everything else. Manage your account, your Spotify connection, and who you're linked to from here.
For people who want more
Everything above is what you get by default — calm, and nothing you don't need. Flip on Beta in Settings and a few extra things unlock. Off by default, nothing lost either way if you turn it back off.
A GitHub-style grid, one row per habit, for the streaks Daily and Todo don't quite cover.
A PIN that locks Trock every time you reopen it.
A small read-only API key for pulling your own data into a script or personal tool.
Back up to a hidden folder only Trock can see, and restore it whenever you need to.
Check off a task with no connection — it syncs the moment you're back online.
One sourced mental-health fact a day, dismissible, from a curated pool of 100.

The Android app is the same Trock you'd use on the web, just in your pocket. If you're supporting someone else's routine, Trock Guardians is a separate, focused app that shows you their trends — never their private notes.
